Is currently offering a 50% reimbursement on wages to businesses providing training to their employed workers. 

 *Employers must be willing to promote the workers by increasing wages and providing additional responsibilities.

 *Employees will need to complete Workforce Investment Act eligibility requirements and register at the Foley or Bay Minette CareerLink.

 *The CareerLink’s job developer will prepare all paperwork.
