Work Keys Program
Work Keys is a system that determines the skills required by employers,
assesses individuals’ proficiency in those skills, and provides guidance in
building those skills.
Working with a company’s experienced employees, authorized job profilers
(Faulkner State Community College) evaluate the key skills and levels of
competency required for specific jobs in the organization:

 | Observation |
 | Reading for Information |
 | Teamwork |
 | Writing |
The skill levels demonstrated by each test taker are compared with the
minimum skill levels required for profiled jobs – to evaluate the applicant’s
qualifications or determine the training needs of current employees.
