Balloons Everywhere Locate in Fairhope, Alabama

Fairhope, Ala. - Fairhope Mayor Tim Kant announced today that Balloons Everywhere, Inc. is relocating to Fairhope. Balloons Everywhere was established in 1981 as a wholesale distributor of latex and foil balloons and manufacturer of gift items. The Company sells to florists, independent stores, grocery stores and major retailers nationwide. The Company also operates www.balloons.com  serving e-commerce customers worldwide.

The Company will continue to operate a retail gift and party store with four employees on Airport Boulevard in Mobile. All other operations will be relocated to Fairhope.

The Company will employ approximately sixty people in its 33,500 sq. ft. corporate headquarters, assembly facility, warehouse, distribution center, and information technology center, located on Highway 98 (formerly Hoover Materials) next to the Fairhope Municipal Airport.

"We are really excited about moving to Fairhope and feel we will have a positive impact on the economies of Fairhope and Baldwin County," noted Harry Palmer, President of Balloons Everywhere.

Fairhope Mayor Tim Kant and Fairhope Industrial Development Chairman Bill Payne welcomed the Company.

Palmer credited Mayor Kant, the Industrial Development Board of the City of Fairhope and the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance for their assistance in locating a suitable, available building and providing information and support for the relocation.
