Sometimes the right building just isn't available and you can't wait for a custom building to be built for you. We've partnered with a developer to offer another alternative: A "virtual building" that has almost all of the design, site work and permitting complete - but is on hold until you say "Go!"

L&W Virtual Building: Bay Minette

One of the advantages of a "virtual building" is flexibility in final design, without sacrificing quality or time to occupancy. The basic design of this building includes four 12,500 square foot areas, each with a loading dock. The developer tells us that this building can be built and ready for occupancy in any of these configurations within 90 days.

Flex options:

	Expandable in 120' x 12' increments up to a maximum of 150,000 sq ft.
	Delete or add truck docks & doors
	Delete or add interior partitioning
	Building is on 2 acres; 48 additional acres available
